Pride manufacturing has formed a partnership with many value added service companies, such as Plating, Painting, Heat Treat and others in order to support and compliment delivery of components to our customers.

Assembly

We can provide individual parts, and weldments to Complex Mechanical Assemblies so that we can deliver a completed part to whatever level of assembly you require.

We understand the importance of Timely Delivery in the ever-changing rapid paced world of manufacturing. We quote standard deliveries, which are always open to discussion. Our operation and personnel are aggressive in delivering your product when you need them. We also have delivery drivers available to serve our local customers.

INSPECTIONS

State of the Art Inspection

We believe that quality is built into the product being produced and therefore our processes are controlled and verified all through the manufacturing process.

A couple pieces of our modern inspection equipment include a Zeiss Contura CMM, and OGP vision system (with probe.)

MATERIALS

Our vast and diverse knowledge of materials and processes gives us a great advantage. We have produced both components and assemblies from most every type of Tool Steel, Steel, Stainless, Brass, and Copper including Exotics, and all types of Aluminum and Plastics; including Torlon, Ultem Ryton and Vespel.
