OUR HISTORY
Our President, Tom Goodpasture, having over 25 years of experience in the Manufacturing and Tool & Die industry, began laying the groundwork for Pride Manufacturing in 1997. Through modest funding and hard work, we began operation with Tom and one other full-time employee in January of 1998. Tom founded and built the company on the belief that top technology is essential, and that surrounding himself with passionate, devoted employees can provide the edge needed to serve the industry in a superior manner.
In 2003, our greatest challenge came when an F4 tornado devastated our building. Our 16 employees overcame the obstacles and we were delivering product to our customers within two days. Having had much help from friends and industrial partners, we were fully operational again in 4 months. Pride Manufacturing came out on the other side of this trial both stronger and better equipped to serve.
Through the years, Pride Manufacturing has welcomed the growth required by our customer partnerships. Through our willingness to add equipment and processes in order to meet customer 's job requirements, we have grown steadily from one employee and one CNC machine to our present facility. Our current staff includes over 30 seasoned professionals operating over 35 high tech CNC machine tools.
